Security Brokers are independent and not aligned with any security providers. In the first instance, we can tender on your behalf for the security services in the open market. By tendering we will seek to get you the best price available.
However, cheaper is not necessarily always better. We also have inside knowledge as to who are the quality providers in certain areas and will seek innovative solutions to ensure quality outcomes; this may include employing several different security providers to service a particular client’s diverse needs. We will also liaise with local Licensing Police to seek their recommendations on quality security providers.

We will be able to get you the best possible provider for your business and take the time and stress away from this important decision. We will then sit down with you and help you set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which your service provider will be measured against; penalty and reward clauses will be attached to these indicators. Once these KPI’s are determined, the local Licensing Police will then have the opportunity to review and have input.

The performance based contracts will be monitored by us to ensure your individual security requirements are reached and maintained to the highest possible standards on an ongoing basis. Not from a month to month basis, but on a shift by shift basis. In some cases, the improvement in performance may lead to reduced insurance premiums. Importantly, our experience and expertise will allow us to also work with security providers if they need a guiding hand meeting key performance criteria.
